How do I place an
order?
Simple, just click on the Add to Cart
button underneath the item you want to order.
I want to have a
look and see if there's anything else I want, how to I go back to the page I
was on before?
Simple, just click on the Continue
Shopping button shown in your shopping cart.
What happens if I
want to order more than one of the same item?
In your shopping cart, just change the
quantity to the amount you require, and click on the Recalculate button.
Please note, in some cases there will only be a quantity of one available,
you will be advised at order confirmation when stocks have been checked.
I've made a mistake
and no longer want an item, can I delete/remove it?
Yes you can. Within your shopping
cart (which can be accessed from the top of any of the sizing pages) you
just change the quantity of the item you no longer require to 0 and click on
the Recalculate button. The item will then be removed from your order.
I've finished
adding items. What next?
When you've finished, use the drop down
button to select your location so that postage charges can be calculated.
Then click on Go To Payments. There you can choose which payment
method you wish to use.
I have a
voucher/discount code to use, where do I enter it and what happens to my
order?
In your shopping cart you have a section
where you can enter your voucher number/discount code. Once you have
entered it, be sure to click on the Recalculate button, otherwise your
discount will not be applied. Your order will then automatically be
reduced by the value your voucher/discount entitled you to.
What personal
information do I need to enter?
You need to provide me with your name,
surname, full postal address, telephone number (only for urgent problems),
email address (this is vital!) and any message you wish to leave.
Without the main information, I can't ship your parcel to you!
I want to pay for
it but I wish the order to be delivered somewhere else. Is this
possible?
To eliminate the possibility of fraud, we
prefer to ship your items to your address. We will ship elsewhere only
in exceptional circumstances or if you are a long standing customer, so please email us first if this is what you
need, and give a brief explanation as to why and we will consider your
request. If it has been agreed that your order can be shipped
elsewhere, you will need to provide the information in the delivery address
section on your order.
Ok, I've selected
my payment method and got my order number. Now what?
Now the order comes through to me.
Your order will now be checked against current stock levels and if I find
that items are no longer in stock, you will be informed within 24 hours.
If you've already paid for this item using Paypal, you will be sent a refund
for the unavailable item. Otherwise if all items are in stock, and you
chose a payment method other than Paypal, I will send you a confirmation
email with the total due, and payment details to enable you to make payment.
How long is my
order held after I place it?
Your items will be held for a maximum of
14 days from the date your order was placed. If payment is not
received within those 14 days, your order will be cancelled, you will
receive an email to inform you of this action, and regrettably, unless
you've already given me a reason why you are not paying, your details are
automatically added to the UK Online Traders blacklist of non-payers.
What does this
mean?
Simply this means that your details are
then accessible by any other online childrens clothing site that is a member
of the UK Online Traders Association. It will show that you became a
non-payer. Only your name and email address will be shown, but you
will not be contacted by any member in relation to your non-payment, it is
simply for information purposes only. I have a duty under the Data
Protection Act to ensure that none of your personal information is made
available to anyone else without your permission. It will then be up
to the individual site as to whether they impose further restrictions on any
future order you may place.
I ordered my items,
went through to the payments section but my computer crashed. Did you
get my order/Paypal payment?
Unless you have been given an order
number automatically or had your receipt from Paypal, then no, I will not
have received your order and you will have to re-order. I will only
receive your order once you have completed the order/payment process and
have been allocated an automatic order number. |
