How do I place an order? Please use this link for answers to ordering queries. The clothing appears marked/stained and not how I imagined it would be, what happens now? You will NOT receive any clothing that has marks or stains on them. All items of clothing for sale are brand new items and will have been hand-checked for any defects or marks. If you see any marks on them, these will have happened in transit as I will not send any clothing that shows signs of staining or marking and as such will not accept any items back for refund as they will have left me in perfect condition. Returns/Refunds? Any items that are not suitable (too small, too big) should be returned within 7 days from receipt after having emailed me for a returns number. All returns are at your own postage cost and refunds will only be given provided the items are returned in the same unworn, unwashed condition that they were sent out in. ALL postage costs are NON-REFUNDABLE. What payment methods do you accept? Please see this link for answers to payment queries I didn't receive an order number when paying with Paypal, did my order not reach you? Your receipt from Paypal is your confirmation that your order has been paid for. You will not receive an automatic email confirmation if you pay with Paypal, but rest assured, your order will have been received by me and will be processed within 24-48 hours. I forgot to follow through on the payment process, what happens now? If you have not followed through with your chosen method of payment then I will not be automatically notified that your order has been placed, and a delay could occur in the processing of your order. To avoid this, please ensure that you complete the process fully and if paying with Paypal, then please ensure that you make payment immediately otherwise there will be further delays. Please also be sure to respond promptly to any email I send in relation to a missing payment otherwise your order could be cancelled and the items will go back on general sale. I regret having to take this harsh stance but I have recently had too many customers ordering and then not sending payment, and not responding to emails enquiring whether they wish to proceed with the order. |
